Key responsibilities Build and maintain a comprehensive email calendar across five brands, balancing promotional and retention sends Write and adapt email copy for various audiences, ensuring clear objectives and effective CTAs for each campaign Design and implement lifecycle automation programs, including onboarding and renewal reminders, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Campaign Monitor, including building segments and automations independently 4+ years of experience in email marketing execution and strategy, particularly with lifecycle/triggered programs Proven ability to write conversion-focused email copy tailored to distinct audiences, with a portfolio of work samples Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and rendering issues Practical knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including authentication and list hygiene management
