Supporting payroll operations in a hybrid remote setting, the full-time Payroll & Benefits Administrator will manage biweekly payroll processing, maintain employee records, and oversee benefits administration while collaborating with employees and vendors. Key responsibilities Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Maintain employee records in the HRIS system and generate necessary reports Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and payroll deductions, while resolving discrepancies with vendors Required qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll or 2 years in a Human Resources role with payroll exposure Basic accounting knowledge and experience with sales commissions preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies, including web-based payroll/HRIS required Knowledge of FLSA and state payroll regulations strongly preferred
