Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Nice to have Certification in payroll processing or related field. Experience with HRIS systems. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
